Postpartum Services

Research shows that parents who are cared for and supported after having a baby are more likely to feel confident, have a lower incidence of postpartum depression, and more success with breastfeeding….postpartum doulas can positively impact a parent’s competence and responsiveness to their baby ~ Journal of Obstetric, Gynecologic & Neonatal Nursing

Services can be booked in blocks of two, four, or six weeks between 7am and 10pm Sun – Friday. Doula can only be scheduled for a maximum of five days each week as she needs time each to care for herself in order to be able to care for clients.  Many clients appreciate this structure.  However, please do not hesitate to contact me if the support you are looking for differs. I am always happy to try and meet clients where they are at.
